Pete had a week long spring break this year and was able to spend it entirely at home! We loved every minute of having him here to play with during the day. One of the days we had to run some errands and daddy thought that Cael needed one of these...
and he LOVES it!!!
I would post more pictures of what we did over spring break but I didn't take any pictures. Mostly because we spent our days doing our routine and just enjoying some rich, quiet family time.
BLOOMING
I love this time in spring when we see new life blooming! This bunch of lilacs came from a bush in our backyard! They smelled wonderful!
Easter 2012

I absolutely love this picture. This was a picture of them walking over to Grandma and Grandpa's house for the Easter Egg hunt.
Cael wasn't quite sure what the whole egg hunt was all about. He loved to "walk..walk" around the yard but had to be reminded often to pick up those bright colored eggs laying in the grass! He caught on pretty quickly but then lost interest in it all just as fast.
Now he became a little bit more interested when he found out that there were TREATS in those eggs!!
However I think that this picture illustrates how the babies (look at my nephew Madden in the background)really felt...
"Enough of this..Mom..really..I have better things to do than try and POSE for a PICTURE!!"
